Label inside blazer reads 'custom styled and fitted For Sammy Davis, Jr. by Certo, Beverly Hills.' Also included is a blue and orange patterned shirt. Label inside reads 'Custom made Ascot Chang 34 Kimberley Rd, Kowloon, H.K.' This piece comes directly from a personal friend and jeweler of Sammy Davis, Jr. A letter of provenance will be provided.
